A full restoration and remodel of a two-story West Adams craftsman. Outside, we refreshed the deep charcoal exterior, dormers, and wide front porch; inside, we opened the living spaces and paired warm white walls with dark arched built-ins, white oak floors, and layered lighting.
The kitchen centers on a white oak island under matte-black pendants with zellige backsplash, while the baths feature a freestanding tub, wood-grain feature tile, and a deep green vanity. Out back, string lights, gravel, and lawn turn the yard into a true outdoor room.
